NHL bets: Pair of two-leg parlays for Tuesday 4/2

We've got a fresh night on the ice to find us some prop winners, and it's a two-legger kind of day in the NHL with a few inviting matchups of interest. Mix and match, play some looks straight as they present themselves, or join the ride as is. Let's have us a good hockey night together.

1u: Tage Thompson & Kyle Palmieri 3+ shots (+115 FanDuel)

.5u: Thompson & Palmieri 4+ shots (+373 FD)

These two are my favorites for finding some shots today, so it seems only right to pair 'em together, and then I was thinking that it would then also be fun if it all wins.

Thompson draws a Washington Capitals team allowing 32.5 shots per game on the road over the past month and a half and the second-most shots per game to centers over the past 10 games.

Thompson has the distinction of being Buffalo's top-line center, and he has 3+ shots in 13 of his past 14 at home. He has 4+ in nine of those games, and he's finished with five, seven and five SOG in his past three meetings with Washington.

Palmieri is leading New York in 5v5 shots over their last five at home, and he's logged 3+ shots in six straight at home and eight of his last 10. He's averaging 4.0 SOG/game in his last five at home.

The Isles host the Blackhawks and are a team who can't afford to take it easy against a softer opponent, so close to the final Wild Card spot. Chicago is allowing 32 shots per game on the road across the last 45 day and have been particularly vulnerable to wings, where Palmieri resides.

Palmieri has 3+ SOG in four straight meetings with Chicago, finishing with four and five in his last two.

1u: Nazem Kadri & Andrei Kuzmenko 1+ point each (+120 DraftKings)

I just can't escape these point combos in spots that look ripe for goal scoring. Few spots look as inviting than the Calgary Flames hosting the Anaheim Ducks.

Anaheim has given up. They're allowing 4.6 goals per game on the road over the past month and a half, have lost 12 of their last 14, and are sporting a horrendous 53.8% penalty kill on the road across the last 30 days.

Kadri and Kuzmenko skate together on Calgary's top line and their top power play unit, the type of role I'll gladly back against Anaheim.

Kadri has four points in his last three, 11 points in his last 10 at home, and eight points in his last eight against Anaheim. Kuzmenko has four points in his last two games and six in his last five vs. the Ducks.
